Join Bay Area Runners Club and Presenting Sponsor Jolt Credit Union at the 53rd running of the Bay City St. Patrick’s Day Races - named by Runner’s World as one of America’s stellar St. Patrick’s Day runs.

Affordable, fun St. Patrick’s Day weekend events for the family include a Race Expo presented by Covenant HealthCare, Leprechaun Races for the kids presented by LeBourdais Orthodontics, 5K Run, 5K Walk, 8K Run and Irish Double events. Great shirts, awesome finisher medals and outstanding overall and age group awards are standard for this event that’s seen nearly 7,000 participants in recent years.
The Irish Double is now a stand alone event. Participation will be limited to just 600 runners. Irish Double participants will receive an Irish Double Finisher hoody and 4” finisher medal. There will be overall awards 3 deep for male & female participants and age group awards in 10 year spans. IRISH DOUBLE participants are NOT eligible for individual 8K and 5K Awards. IRISH DOUBLE participants are ONLY eligible for IRISH DOUBLE awards. Be sure to register early to guarantee your spot!
Bay Area Runners Club is proud to have donated over $300,000 in proceeds from these races to local charities, non-profits and high school athletic programs over the years. This year’s event will once again benefit many local recipients but the primary beneficiaries will be the Disability Services Resource Center, Bay Veterans Foundation and Peer 360 Recovery Alliance.
